Maddux is a former Division I pitcher (Wright State and UNC Charlotte) who brings real D1 game experience into practical, repeatable instruction. She trains all levels, focusing on efficient mechanics, movement development, command, and consistency to build confidence and competitive execution.

Jenna Dee
Catcher and Hitting
Jenna is a former standout catcher at Fairbanks High School and a current collegiate player at the University of Findlay. As a first-team all-conference, all-district, and all-state selection, Jenna led Fairbanks to conference and district championships while setting school records for both single-season and career home runs. She specializes in hitting and catcher instruction, focusing on receiving, blocking, throwing mechanics, game awareness, and building confidence.

A former Division II pitcher who brings advanced knowledge of mound mechanics and preparation. Helps athletes move efficiently, develop command, and understand the mental side of pitching. Offers structured, detailed training that benefits middle school and high school pitchers.
Andy Dewitt
Catcher and Hitting
Andy brings over 22 years of coaching experience across all age levels, specializing in catcher development and hitting instruction. During his time coaching high school baseball in Springfield, Ohio, Andy compiled 163 career wins while helping develop countless players on and off the field. In addition to coaching, he has spent the past 18 years as a third-grade teacher, bringing strong communication, patience, and a passion for teaching into every lesson.
